We commit to a streamlined hiring process to ensure you find the best role for your skills and interests. When you apply at WEBCO, here’s what you can expect:

  1. Apply for an open position that interests you.
  2. Our team will review your resume and contact you for a phone interview if you meet our criteria.
  3. During the phone interview, one of our recruiters will dive into your story. We’ll talk about what you’ve done, where you’ve been, and what you want moving forward. We’ll discuss potential opportunities at WEBCO with you. Finally, we’ll ask about your salary expectations and onsite interview availability.
  4. If you’re a fit, the hiring team will decide to contact you to set up an onsite visit.
  5. When you visit, our hiring manager will seek to understand your purpose. We’ll give you a tour of our state-of-the-art welding and fabrication facility. For some positions, we’ll administer a weld, mechanical aptitude, or math test. Some positions may require other technical job-based testing.
  6. We’ll make an employment offer to you if we feel you’re the best fit for the position.
  7. WEBCO will pay for an occupational physical exam and drug test before your first day.
